What SHAI charges
SHAI takes 20% the first time a client books you and 10% when that client books you again. There is no joining fee or monthly fee.
For clients who join SHAI through your invite link, SHAI takes 0% commission on your bookings with them. A flat 4% banking fee applies.
How to apply
Add your personal and professional details, treatments and pricing, service area, availability, ID and qualifications, and payout details. The SHAI team reviews your application before you appear to clients.
Independent work, not an employment vacancy
If you are searching for mobile massage therapist jobs in Johannesburg, SHAI is a way to offer your own services through a marketplace. It is not a promise of a salary, a fixed number of clients or guaranteed earnings.
You decide your travel area and diary. Keep your availability up to date and list only the treatments you are qualified to provide. Your ID and qualification documents are submitted for review before your profile can appear in search.
Bring your existing clients with you
Once approved, you can share your personal invite link with your clients. Clients who join using it can book and pay through SHAI while your bookings together qualify for the referral commission terms described above.
Your application asks for a professional profile photo and payout details alongside your treatments. Have your documents ready and choose the Johannesburg service area you are willing to travel to, rather than promising coverage everywhere.
