SHAI is a marketplace, not an agency. You keep your independence, set your own prices and decide exactly when you work.

Applications are reviewed by the SHAI team before you appear in search.

What it costs

You set your prices: You decide what each treatment costs and how long it takes. SHAI never sets your rates.
SHAI's fee: 20% of the price the first time a client books you, and 10% every time that client books you again. The rest is yours, paid out after the treatment.
Clients you bring are 0%: Share your invite link with your own clients. When one joins SHAI through it, SHAI takes no commission on your bookings with them, ever — only a flat 4% banking fee, which covers what our payment provider charges us.
Free bookings for referring therapists: If a therapist joins through your link and completes three paid bookings, you earn two free bookings: no commission at all on a booking of your choosing. They're only spent when a treatment is completed, come back to you if it's cancelled, and last twelve months.

Nothing to join, no monthly fee, and no charge until you're paid for a treatment.
