How it works
Tell SHAI about your date, place, guests and treatments. We usually reply with a per-person quote within one working day.
Pay 60% to confirm your therapist team and the balance after the treatments. Your venue address is shared with your therapist team only once the deposit is paid.
Make the plan easier
Include the number of people, time per person, preferred start time and anything we should know — for example a surprise, a quiet room, or guests who are pregnant.
Before the wedding or on the morning?
The day before can leave more room for longer treatments. For wedding-morning appointments, include your getting-ready timetable so the requested treatment slots do not clash with hair, makeup or departure.
Let us know whether guests want the same treatment or different options. The enquiry allows several treatment choices and a preferred time per person; SHAI confirms the plan in your quote.
Your venue and your quote
Check with your hotel or wedding venue before inviting outside therapists, and choose a suitable private space. SHAI’s offer is for the treatments in your quote; do not assume that venue hire, catering, drinks or decorations are included.
Bridal days are quoted per person rather than sold at a fixed package price. Availability in Johannesburg and its suburbs depends on your date, location and therapist team.
